What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve clients in New York City. If you're outside the city, feel free to reach out to discuss options.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Yes, we can provide a COI for an additional $30. If your building has specific requirements, additional fees may apply.
How do I book a service?
You can contact us via email, phone, or through our website. After discussing your project, we’ll secure your booking with a 20% deposit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through Venmo and Zelle. If you have another preferred method, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date.
What is included in the consultation?
During the consultation, we assess your space, discuss your vision, and provide recommendations tailored to your budget and needs. For interior design projects, we may also provide preliminary layouts or moodboards.
Do you supply tools and materials?
We provide the majority of tools needed for the job. However, clients are responsible for the cost of materials, which we can help source or recommend.

Yes, we can coordinate with contractors to ensure their work aligns with your design plan. We also offer project management services for full oversight of your project.
How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary based on the scope of work. Smaller tasks like furniture assembly or mounting can be completed in a few hours, while larger design projects may take weeks.
Can you help with small-space optimization?
